Community worship is key! We must gather as followers and sing our praises to Him. The community donated 1600 canned goods for the event and the Hewitt Foundation supplied a 1000 canned goods! Thanks to everyone for your generosity and support. The families of Sharing God’s Love will be blessed tremendously by your giving. Blessed to have so many people attend our 4th annual Can-A-Palooza worship night. Can’t wait until next year!
   The Hewitt Foundation provided drinks and snacks for the 2020 Northern Midlands FCA Kickoff Meeting at the Hewitt Pavilion. Such a blessing to see 50+ high school students in attendance. Praying for the youth in our community to be on fire for Jesus and to lead by example with being bold in their faith.
The 2020-2021 school year has looked completely different this year due to the impacts of COVID-19. With that in mind, the Hewitt Foundation wanted a simple way to encourage the teachers and staff in our area that are dealing with these new and challenging circumstances within our schools. Nine schools were impacted by this simple encouragement project: Between those nine schools in our community over 1000 homemade and hand decorated delicious cookies were delivered. Special thanks to Robin Koon of Cookie Shack who spent many hours helping us complete this project! We are praying for our schools…all teachers and staff…all students…all parents…that everyone would all keep their eyes on Jesus and remember to respond to our circumstances with a lens of faith. Psalm 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.
